Ban the Anal Creampie?

I recently came across an article written by Rodney Moore, a porn actor and producer, who is advocating that the adult industry stop filming anal creampies to reduce the risk of HIV transmission between actors. I know many of you are thinking "NO!". But I think the guy has a good point. As far as HIV transmission is concerned, it is certainly the most risky sex act that the performers do. And I also believe, as he states, that it could be easily and convincingly faked. And hey, we deal with fake tits and fake orgasms all the time in smut, so why not this. It certainly seems worth it if it saves one person from infection. Don't go calling me a traitor, I just would hate to think someone died making a scene they could have easily faked and virtually no one could have told the difference.
